If you are experiencing difficulties logging in using the username and password printed on the card, please note the following:

* The username and password ARE NOT case sensitive.
* On the card's Username field "i" looks like "i"
* On the card's Username field "u" looks like "u"
* If you have accidentally scratched part of a letter off the card, note that the Username is usually a combination of 2 or 3 pronounceable words.
* For example, if you partially scratched off the bottom of the letter "p" in this Username: esca_edinsame, it is obvious what the letter should be.

In some cases, non default program settings in Norton Internet Security or Norton Personal Firewall can create a configuration that does not allow Internet access. The easiest way to determine whether this is the case is to reset some of your global settings to default.

To reset global settings to the default value:

1. Open Norton Internet Security or Norton Personal Firewall.
2. In the main Norton Internet Security or Norton Personal Firewall window, double-click Personal Firewall
3. In the Personal Firewall window, click Default Level
4. Click OK
5. Do one of the following, depending on the program that you have installed:
* If Norton Personal Firewall is installed, close the Norton Personal Firewall window and test your Internet access. If you still cannot access the Internet, go on to the next section, "Privacy Control blocks Internet access."
* If Norton Internet Security is installed, go on to step 6.
6. In the main Norton Internet Security window, double-click Privacy Control
7. In the Privacy Control window, click Default Level
8. Click OK
9. Test your Internet access.
If you still cannot access the Internet, go on to the next section, "Privacy Control blocks Internet access."

Known Issues

Because of the vast differences in computers, there will always be certain issues that cannot be fixed, however we strive to do our best to work individually with each and every one of our customers to solve any problem that may arise. The following is a list of the most common problems that come our way.

* Internet Explorer has, for ages, been the least compliant web browser available. Due to Microsoft's inability to keep up to date with current web standards, this browser has the most trouble. Usually the problems with Internet Explorer can be fixed by simply changing a few simple settings relating to cookies. You can find detailed instructions for changing your current settings by clicking here.
* Norton Anti-Virus is a burden on computer's processors as well as web sites that enable the user to choose how they would like to interact. Norton has a nasty habit of blocking things that are safe, and pose no threat to your safety online. Norton changes the layout of their program every time there is an update, so it is difficult to stay abreast with all the recent changes. The best way to disable this "protection" is to look in your help file, which you can access by opening your Norton Anti-Virus, which is usually located in the task bar on the right side of your screen in the Start bar.
* There are many types of website blockers out on the market these days. Programs like Net-Nanny and CyberSitter are some of the most effective. These are usually password protected, to keep children out of adult websites. In order to disable programs like these, you will need to work with the administrator of your computer to disable this protection.
* Many workplaces have firewalls installed to protect their computers from virus' and spyware. Unfortunately we cannot bypass these systems ethically. Again, if you need to access our website while on a system like this, you will need to work with your administrator.

Firefox Issues

If you are using Firefox and can not view the feeds, follow the instructions below:

1. Click on Tools -> Options
2. Choose the "Content" tab.
3. Next to "Load Images Automatically", click on the "Exceptions" button.
4. Choose "Remove Site" for any of the following:
* yourcontentsource.com
* njoynow.com
* extremefeeds.com
* braincash.com
* exclusiveplugins.com
* webmastercentral.com

Macintosh Problems

If you are using a Mac, you may run into a few issues as our website is optimized for those using Windows with Internet Explorer. We are always looking for more fixes to trouble with Macs, so if you have a Mac and your problem is not fixed by these next steps, please do not hesitate to email support@njoynow.com or call us (800-542-7107) during business hours to resolve these issues.

Can't View Our Feeds?

If you cannot view the videos using WMV files, please visit www.Flip4Mac.com to download the Windows Media Components for Quicktime. After downloading, you can read the installation and usage manual here. Currently this is the only way to view WMV files on a Macintosh computer, however it was not created for streaming feeds such as ours, so you may not be able to view some of the feeds. We apologize for any inconvenience as we are looking for a way around this at this time.

Problems With Our Games?
This is another issue with how Macintosh computers handle Flash components. While on screen, avoid scrolling up or down while playing a game as it may cause the Flash to disappear off of your screen until some kind of movement is made in the game or movie.
